Yes, all of our pieces are made to order. Because production varies by style, shipping times may differ from item to item. Availability of your item is displayed on the

Your product page will show the ready to ship date. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking via email.

Yes. Items ship via next-day, standard overnight service once manufacturing is complete and your piece has passed our quality assurance inspection. Orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery.

We can ship internationally, and customers are responsible for duties/taxes assessed by their country.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery (the day the package is confirmed delivered). Items must in unworn and original condition and include all original packaging and documentation, including the laboratory grading report/certificate, if applicable.

Email us within 21 days of delivery with your order number, delivery date, and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and timing. If more than 21 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund, credit, or exchange.
