Production & Shipping

Each Fire in Ice Designs piece is made to order. Because production varies by style, shipping times may differ from item to item.  Availability of your item is displayed on the item’s product page.  If you’d like rush service, contact us with the piece you’re considering and we’ll verify the ability to expedite. 

Items ship via next-day, standard overnight service once manufacturing is complete and your piece has passed our quality assurance inspection.  Orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery.  Fire in Ice Designs is not responsible for loss or theft if proof of signature is not provided.  Fire in Ice Designs cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that may occur. 

 

Returns

Fire in Ice Designs stands behind every item we sell and wants you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item in its original, unworn condition within 21 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be in original condition and include all original packaging and documentation, including the laboratory grading report/certificate, if applicable.

Please note that personalized jewelry, custom orders, engraved items, and items resized after purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to request a return: Email us within 21 days of delivery with your order number, delivery date, and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and timing. If more than 21 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund, credit, or exchange.
