Warranty Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our manufacturing warranty covers authentic craftsmanship and quality issues, including:
- Items arriving damaged: Visible damage or defects upon delivery will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
- Defective clasps or closures: Clasps, hinges, or closures that fail due to a manufacturing issue.
- Loose or misaligned stones on arrival: Stones that are loose, unevenly set, or misaligned when delivered.
What’s Not Covered
- Wear & tear: Scratches, daily marks, accidents, loss/theft, improper care.
- Metal changes: Discoloration from chemicals, heat, pools/hot tubs, perfumes/lotions.
- Natural metal wear: Prongs/components thinning over time; loosening isn’t a defect.
- Clasps: Loosening or breakage from wear or force.
- Shape change: Bending/warping from pressure or impact (especially open styles).
- Chains: Snagging, stretching, pulling, or breakage of delicate chains.
- Stones: Lost, chipped, or damaged diamonds/gemstones.
- Stone loss: From impact, mishandling, or external damage.
- Third-party work: Any outside repair, resizing, or service voids warranty.
